To meet the information requirements of Member States, UNODC has created a separate website where a logon identity and password are required. On this website, Member States can access financial and staff information, project documentation through ProFi and evaluation reports.
The Blue Book is an online data platform containing contact details of all permanent/ observer missions accredited to the United Nations Office at Vienna. The UNOV Protocol Service updates this information on a daily basis, based on the information provided by its permanent missions.
The Blue Book is published for information purposes only and is intended for use by missions and the Secretariat.
